These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Winace99 platform, including but not limited to the website accessible at winace99.cam, any associated mobile interfaces, applications, and all gaming, betting, and promotional services made available therein (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Winace99 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "Winace99").

By accessing the Winace99 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• "Balance" means the total funds held within a User's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprising deposited funds and any awarded bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward awarded to a User by Winace99 under specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a User's personal payment method — including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, or cryptocurrency — into the User's Winace99 Account.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and age verification procedures conducted by Winace99 to confirm a User's eligibility to access and use the Services.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the Winace99 website, mobile interface, and any associated digital services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Winace99 Account to their nominated personal payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on Winace99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Winace99 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players, consistent with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party, corporation, or other legal entity.
3. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Winace99 or any recognised problem gambling organisation.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Winace99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such individual employed by Winace99 or its affiliated entities.

Each User may hold one (1) Account only on the Winace99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity, different identities, shared device, or shared IP address, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Winace99 reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus winnings associated therewith.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Winace99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to promptly notify Winace99 of any changes to your personal information, including your email address, phone number, or payment method details. Winace99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

Account verification via KYC documentation may be required at any stage of the relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification accompanied by proof of address dated within three (3) months.

All financial transactions on Winace99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winace99 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) are also accepted.

Deposits: Funds deposited via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your Account in real time. FPX and DuitNow transfers are typically credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Winace99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by Winace99 within the timeframes set out below, subject to completion of KYC verification:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: typically within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: typically within 15 to 60 minutes.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Winace99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where fraud or money laundering is suspected, which may extend processing times.

Winace99 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are awarded in MYR and credited to the Account's bonus balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement unless otherwise stated. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be communicated in the specific promotion terms.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered Account holder and are non-transferable.
• Winace99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, use of betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

The Referral Programme awards MYR 38 to both the referring player and the newly registered player upon the successful completion of the referred player's first qualifying deposit. There is no stated cap on the number of referrals that may be made, but Winace99 reserves the right to audit referral activity and withhold rewards where artificial or fraudulent referral patterns are identified.

The Birthday Bonus is awarded automatically based on the Account holder's registered date of birth and VIP tier at the time of the birthday. The bonus amounts (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP MYR 2,688) are indicative and may be subject to revision at Winace99's discretion. Birthday bonuses are not available to players on self-exclusion.

All bets placed on the Winace99 platform — whether on sports markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other leagues), live casino tables, slot games, or any other available market — are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game types or markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Winace99 will not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except in circumstances provided for under these Terms or applicable specific market rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault affecting the result of a game or market, Winace99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Winace99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any player who consistently exploits pricing errors in sports markets or who places bets in a pattern consistent with arbitrage betting strategies.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delays and may be suspended at the Operator's discretion. Winace99 shall not be liable for any inability to place a bet during a live event due to system constraints or market suspension.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game RTP percentages are approximate long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific payout within any individual session.
• Winace99 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the outcome was known prior to the bet being placed, or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winace99 platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to exploit market pricing.
• Conducting money laundering or any transaction suspected of being connected to proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosing this at registration.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to Winace99 immediately and will be reversed.
• Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward Winace99 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, visual designs, written content, and other intellectual property available on the Winace99 platform are the exclusive property of Winace99 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without Winace99's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winace99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial or financial losses.

Winace99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases where Winace99 is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Winace99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling for entertainment purposes and that you are aware of the risks associated with gambling.

Winace99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any funds therein, where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Winace99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible to use the Services (including age or jurisdictional ineligibility);
• Winace99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, Winace99 shall not be obligated to return any bonus winnings or funds derived from bonus activity. Real-money deposits may be returned at Winace99's discretion following investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and Winace99 in connection with these Terms or the Services, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution.
